Thanks to all of you who have requested a questionnaire and to those of you who have sent them back, hopefully they will all be back in the next few days and then I will draw the winner out of a hat.
Although this part of my health promotion is over, I'm still going to keep 'See ya Sugar' online - I've loved writing, and have found it so therapeutic to put down my thoughts. I won't be nearly as often, but I'll check in every now and again with things I am learning, interesting articles I've read, how our family is doing at cutting down sugar and I'll also post some tried and tested recipes every now and again.
I wanted to do this challenge partly because I thought it was a good idea, but mostly because I thought it would be a relatively easy topic for my course. I've been amazed at how much healthier I've felt and how much more energy I have had. Like I said the other day, I'm not completely sure how it'll look, but I know that our family are going to make some changes for the better. I love feeling this good! If anyone is on the fence about trying a sugar fast, go for it - I can't believe how much difference it's made to me.
