Well, I'm still doing it!
Today, I had a bulletproof coffee for breakfast with a carrot. (Not much, but I just couldn't be bothered to cook anything. Oh for a bowl of granola!) Courgette, mushroom and spinach frittata for lunch, and a cooked chicken breast with mushrooms and avocado for dinner. It's way more vegetables than I normally eat, which I love. I think one of the best things about cutting groups of food out is you are more reliant on vegetables - this can only be a good thing!
I'm also drinking way more water, which right now means I'm needing the bathroom ALL THE TIME!
No signs of detoxing symptoms as of yet, but I hear that days 3-5 can be pretty brutal. We'll see.
Right, I'm off to write assignments and take care of a poorly little boy.
